• Test the lights under power to make sure everything is connected and working correctly.
• Lay out the Icicle Lights in the comfort of your home to straighten out twists and bends.
• If you're in a cold climate, use a hair dryer to warm up the wires to straighten them before you head outside.
•  Attach general purpose gutter/shingle hooks to the top wire before climbing a ladder to hang them. We recommend a hook attached at every second drop, or closer. 

• You have chosen high quality LED lights that consume less energy. These Pixel LEDs are also dimmable - try dimming to 50% brightness to save even more energy. The colors are even more beautiful!

• Ensure all Connector Plugs and End Cap are screwed up tightly to prevent moisture damaging the lights.
• Allow the lights to dry fully before packing them away in their box at the end of the season
• Record the settings RGB and WS2811 on the back of the SP110E Bluetooth controller with a permanent marker, just in case you have a new phone next year.
• To take a photo or video of your lights, turn down the brightness on the slider control in the App very low, 20% is recommended.

Your Icicle lights can be extended by adding another set, now you can run up to 2 sets connected together by turning down the brightness.
